Buckles and Keepers

We at ZEEK manufacture the buckles and keepers without compromise from 100% aerospace grade carbon fibre.

The buckle and keeper designs exploit the exceptional lightness and strength of this material with a high gloss finish and unrivaled quality.

We layer the material by hand and cure it in high pressure tooling.

Machining and finishing

Once the carbon fibre has been extracted from the mould tool, it's time for machining. We use computer controlled machines to produce our buckles to ensure that they are of the highest possible quality and consistency.

Once complete, they go onward to be finished by hand where edges are smoothed and they are polished further, ready to be assembled into our beloved signature belts.
